Did you know......??????

Jace has become quite infatuated with dinosaurs lately. He LOVES watching Dino Dan and remembers almost all of the facts that he learns on the show. He can pronounce and remember the names of all the dinosaurs (I can't pronounce most of them!) Santa brought Jace a bunch of dinosaurs for Christmas and then his sister Lexie bought him more for his birthday, so Jace is in dinosaur heaven now.

I find this amazing partly because Jace had so many speech problems at first. He was diagnosed with having PDD which is a form of autism. He was diagnosed with PDD because of his speech problems and his social delays. Now he will talk to anyone and everyone about dinosaurs and Power Rangers. He is VERY social and he is always wanting to learn new words. He is even spelling some and reading a few words. Jace is also teaching himself to write his name. He sits down and "does his homework" all by himself just like the big kids. I can't wait to see how he blossoms when he actually starts school next year......although I must admit, he's my last one and I'm not quite ready for him to leave me.

Yeah Jace! Dinosaurs are awesome. Sean loved 'Land Before Time' when he was little (I hope that's it-was animated).
I bet he'll be writing his name before long.
