Over the weekend I finally finished up some projects that I have had sitting in my sewing room. I just thought I 'd share with you all what I have been doing.
and a floral apron for my son's girlfriend, Amanda
I also made Mallory this little gathered skirt and a matching dress for her hairless Annie doll. I'm going to work on the hair this week.
and finally I finished sewing the squares together for the afghan I was making so now I've just got to sew in the hundreds of loose ends on the back.
Today I'm going to do some yard work until it starts to storm and then finish up a couple of other sewing projects.
Have a great day!

Your afghan is beautiful! Weaving in all those ends drive me crazy! I do each block as I go. Your sewing is beautiful also! Have a great day! Twyla
Sherry you do such beautiful work it seems like you have really been busy. I need to get myself motivated and get things done.
Sherry, These goodies are so pretty. My favorite is the skirt and Annie doll! So cute! Yesterday I did so good on my water that I was up all night in the bathroom. Ha! Today is not that good (babysitting 4 grandkids)! Tomorrow is a new day though.
You are a sewing machine! Great aprons and the skirt / matching doll dress are fabulous. I crochet but I despise sewing squares together. I love yours! Sewing in those ends will be a perfect project for one of these cold, rainy nights.
Look at you go! Everything looks fabulous! Love the matching Mallory & Annie skirt :)
and your afghan too!
Wow- Sherry you've been sew busy *LOL* Everything looks great. I love the Tink *winks*

I wish I could sew well. I can do simple things, but nothing fancy like you. I have never had a good sewing machine to practice on and I can't read patterns...love all the stuff you made!
wow! You've been BUSY BUSY BUSY!
The afghan is lovely and all those aprons are perfection!
I love them all! When you decide to catch up, you really do it dont you? I am so unmotivated to sew right now......
Do you sleep at all? Wow-these are some lovely pieces you've made. Your afghan reminds me of one that my mom made in the 1950s. The aprons are too cute as is Mallory's skirt and dolly!
