Free Standing Fabric Buckets

I made this fabric bucket for a friend of ours baby

I LOVE the fabric and the bucket is cute

but

it didn't stand up on it's own quite as well as I wanted it to.

So now that I've had some more time I've been playing around

and I came up with a method that I like.

The buckets are free standing yet flexible.

I came up with 3 different sizes.

The largest size does stand up by itself

but

it does bend easier than the smaller ones.

Anyway,

I really like making them and think they are cute.

I'm thinking I might do a tutorial on how I make them

because I'm planning on making LOTS more of them!!
