Bright and Colorful Crocheted Baby Blanket

I just have to finish sewing my ends in and this baby blanket will be done.
 

 
Phew!
No, it really wasn't hard.  It's just a series of 2 chains and 2 DC.
Tucking in my strings is the worst part!!!
 
Anyway, enough whining.
 
This blanket was inspired by this fabric
 
 
I used the colors in the fabric and then with all the polka dots I liked this stitch.
 
I'll show you in a couple of days the rest of the stuff
I'm making to go with the blanket to make a gift set.

i hate to weave in the ends - so I do it as I go. Seems more tolorable that way to me. This is cute -- have a great day...
