Fighting an Old Demon

I am taking a computer break for awhile....an old demon has come back to haunt me. I used to get depressed a lot and fortunately I have avoided it over the last several years, but it has returned. Life is just a little more than I can emotionally handle right now, so after I have a pity party for myself, I will regroup and get a handle on things. Hopefully I can get back on my feet over the next week or so. Until then.

Hi Sherry. I hope you get to feeling better. I do know what you are going through. I have been there and every once in a while it does come back, but each time you fight it till you win. Life has many strange turns in it. I will be praying for you and thinking of you. Take care till we see you again. Hugs, Linda gypsyluv1010@gmail.com

Ah, the curse of middle-age women! Do something that makes YOU happy. If it is sewing, do it. Take guilt out of the equation. Tune in to the comedy channel and laugh! If all else fails, Lexapro rocks!
