My Favorite Cartoon Moms

Mother's Day is quickly approaching and I got to thinking about some of my favorite cartoon moms. Since I have pretty much always had a little one at home I am used to watching preschool shows and I really don't mind them at all!

My very favorite cartoon mom is, Miss Spider from Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends. I think that Miss Spider is such a great mom. She is loving, caring, and wise. Miss Spider always teaches her children wonderful lessons and will admit when she makes a mistake. She can be strict yet adventurous too. Miss Spider is definitely my favorite cartoon mom and I actually have learned a lot from her over the years!

I also like Little Bears mom. She is kind, loving and very wise. When Mother Bear is busy she still takes the time to enjoy little bear. I really like Mother Bear too!

Bill Cosby's show Little Bill features another great mom. Mom works and she still finds time to be there when Little Bill needs her. She is strict, but can enforce her rules in a fun way to make sure that Little Bill knows she is only doing what is best for him because she loves him.

All of these cartoon Mom's have wonderful families, not only are the mom's great, but so are the Dads. Thanks Noggin for airing such wonderful families for our youngsters to learn from (and us mom's)!!!

One question though, where is Max & Ruby's mom????

Have a great day everyone!

Who is your favorite cartoon mom?

The mom from Little Bear is my all time favorite! She is always so gentle and understanding yet always organized. I remember snuggling up with Alexander when Sophia was just a newborn watching Little Bear together. Sometimes I still have him come watch it with me. :)
Happy Mother's Day!! Any plans?

Oh I love Miss Spider :) and Noggin! Jillian loves when it's time "to move to the music"!!! She races from wherever she is in the house when she hears Moose A. Moose's voice.

And I'd like to know where Max & Ruby's mom is too!!!

Happy Mother's Day!!
