The Sweetheart Dance

Last night Earl took Mallory to a Sweetheart Dance
with one of Mallory's friends and her Aunt.

The girls all looked so pretty and Earl cleaned up pretty good too!

Here is a picture of me and Mallory with my Dad when we were in Kansas.

I remember how much I loved going to things with my dad when I was a little girl. It didn't happen very often, but having that special time with my daddy really meant a lot to me.

So to all those dad's out there,
even though you probably don't want to go to these dances
and stuff that the mom's out there planned for you to do......
you are making wonderful memories for your daughters!

Awwwww! How sweet! I think this is only the second (maybe the first?) time in my life that I've seen Earl in something other than his work uniform! lol He does clean up pretty nicely!

What could be sweeter than a Father-daughter dance? Lovely photos.
p.s. Also, wanted to apologize - I said 'lovely papers' in my OWOH comment when I meant 'lovely pieces' - what can I say, other than I'm up much too late!

My DIL made this up using the pictures of my 5 oldest boys. So funny!
